TO ORDER: Specify Style No., Material Color (White, Gold, or Silver), Colors for Text (or provide artwork electronically), Fastener (none, pin-back or magnetic), Slotted Hole (none, on vertical, or on horizontal side), Wording or Layout (provide a sketch, camera-ready art, art on disk, or data on disk), and Quantity.

PRICE: Per Badge. Add $1.25 per badge for magnetic fastener. If camera-ready art is not supplied, add $50 artwork charge.
